Every Zhalkesi product is made-to-order, crafted with care after your payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping
- Shipping Partners: Delhivery, DTDC & Ekart (via Shiprocket)
- Shipping Fees:
  - Flat ₹150 charge for all orders
- Express Delivery: Available for ₹1000-2000 (contact us for exact pricing)
- Tracking: Sent via SMS/email after dispatch

International Shipping
- Delivery Timeline: 3-4 weeks (may extend for remote areas - we'll notify you via SMS/email)
- Free Shipping: On orders ₹25,000/$300+
- Customs & Duties:
  - Customers are responsible for all import fees per their country's regulations
  - These are separate from shipping costs
  - Non-payment may result in order abandonment (no refunds)
