Zhalkesi Return & Exchange Policy
All Zhalkesi products are meticulously handmade. Minor irregularities are inherent to our craft and enhance each piece's uniqueness.
Strict Return Policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGE unless:
- Item arrived damaged (requires proof with unboxing video and photos,Contact via WhatsApp (+91 6382036317) or email (zhalkesi@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery )
- Wrong item was shipped
- Manufacturing defect exists
Absolutely No Returns For:
- Change of mind/size preference
- Custom/personalized orders
- Sale items or gift cards
- International orders (all sales final)
Exchange Policy
1. Initiate Request:
- Contact via WhatsApp (+91 6382036317) or email (zhalkesi@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide: Order number, photos/video of issue
2. Approval & Shipping:
- Upon approval, self-ship the item within 3 days (we don't provide pickup)
- Customer pays return and exchange shipping
3. Inspection & Dispatch:
- New item dispatched only after inspection of returned product
- Replacement shipping cost refunded after new order is placed
Damaged Item Protocol
1. Report Immediately:
- Email zhalkesi@gmail.com within 24 hours with:
- 4+ clear damage photos
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Order number
2. Resolution:
- Replacement: Shipped after return approval
- Refund: Full amount (including shipping) in 10 business days
Key Policies
- 24-Hour Deadline: No claims accepted after delivery day
- Original Condition: Must be unused, with all tags/packaging
- Self-Ship Required: Customer arranges return shipping

- Colours/sizes may vary slightly - check product details carefully .Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colours that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% same in the actual product.
